Package Your Gear
Place your items in their original packaging or a secure shipping box, ensuring all Detroit Pistons hangtags and stickers are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
